- Redeeming the FLY! Card can be simply done by presenting the digital gift at the time of booking to your Private Aviation Consultant.
- The FLY! Card number & PIN must be communicated to the Global Airjet Team at the time of redemption.
- The FLY! Gift Cards are only redeemable toward the booking of eligible Global Airjet flights & Experiences.
- Bookings can be made after the payment is received by Global Airjet.
- The unactivated FLY! Cards can be refunded only until 31 days after the purchase. After one month, it is not refundable.
- Only the FLY! Cards sender can ask for a refund. The refund amount will be issued within a week the completed refund request.
- If a purchase exceeds your FLY! Cards balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
- The Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, used for purchases outside of participating location, redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund after activation.
- By using the FLY! Cards you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, to not use the FLY! Cards in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Global Airjet, its affiliates, partners or its customers.
- We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void FLY Cards without a refund, cancel or limit purchases or charge alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Digital Gift Card is obtained fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
- The expiration date of the FLY cards starts from the card activation date
